  • Reworked surveys for greater customization to deliver more relevant and useful data. 

We sat down with Jake Martin and Andrew Buchanan to discuss the changes. 

Why is the 4.6 update important? 

Jake Martin, President and Chief Operations Officer: This update represents the single biggest step forward to the Invo platform in over three years. When we began looking at how our platform would evolve next, we landed on evolving all moving pieces of our system into the future collectively. Upgrading the platform as a whole was a significant undertaking considering that we focused on launching new intellectual property almost annually for the past six years. 

What we have now, though, is a truly collaborative platform. Financial institutions can deploy one, many, or all of Invo's tools to customers and empower the customer to choose where, when, and how they interact with their financial partners. With this step forward, our platform allows those interactions to be natural and evolve in any direction. Customers can collaborate with their financial institution via video or voice, chat or text, or through whatever medium they choose, based on their needs and on their terms.

What improvements can Invo clients expect when they make the switch to 4.6?

Andrew Buchanan, Vice President of Operations: We have made massive improvements to the efficiency and scalability of the Invo Platform. With new structures in our backend databases and workflows, your financial institution can expect clearer videos and faster connections. Our latest update is also full of feature improvements such as our new mass SMS text feature called Invo Campaigns, new survey distribution features, and improved transferability through our new widget interface.

What does the 4.6 update show us about the direction of Invo?

Martin: More than anything, I think it shows that we are looking toward the future. What does a financial institution need to ensure personal and human-supported communication with their customers in a way that is operationally efficient for them, as well as fostering a superior customer experience at the same time? 

This is the ever-changing question we are working hard to answer. This upgrade maintains that vision and empowers community banks and credit unions to provide the best possible channels of communication for their customers at all touchpoints, digitally and physically.

Buchanan: We are beyond excited about this newest version of our platform. Not only for the increased efficiency and scalability it will provide for our current clients but also for the foundation it is setting for the next phase of the platform. We are pushing forward with our customer's strategic goals in mind and this latest release is the first step. 

How does this update compare to other updates?

Martin: Through the 4.6 update journey, Invo was able to also successfully leverage our new development processes and procedures to ensure the most feature-rich, stable, and efficient software release to date. 

Over the past year, we have made significant strides in expanding our quality assurance and code review teams, as well as bolstering key resources that yield the best software release output possible. Current clients will begin to receive this update immediately, and all upcoming new project implementations will benefit from the incredible new version release.
