In response to the destruction of Hurricane Milton and Helene, Invo Solutions is offering free web-based video banking services to affected banks and credit unions in the area. We want to help local financial institutions remain accessible to customers while branches are inaccessible.

According to sources, up to 10 million people have been mandatory evacuation orders. Such a large number of displacements, along with the significant damage done to brick-and-mortar branches across the state, could create a widespread access crisis for financial institutions and customers. We believe our video banking platform can help affected banks and credit unions continue to service their customers and members even as they are away from their homes and without a branch to go to.

Web-based video banking allows financial institutions to have teller-like interactions with their customers remotely. They can securely receive documents and collect electronic signatures. In fact, nearly 90% of financial transactions can be done through remote video banking. Starting a call would be as easy as a customer visiting your website and clicking a button.

We want to help the affected financial institutions continue to serve their customers. Affected financial institutions in Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, and North Carolina will be given free video banking through a widget on their website.

Financial institutions will have access to this software for 60 days as the recovery process continues and we are committed to having the widget and video banking platform up within 48 hours of any request that comes in.

“We have a platform that can provide relief to community financial institutions and their customers,” Invo Vice President of Operations Andrew Buchanan said. “We want to do whatever we can to leverage that platform in response to these storms. Our goal is to help as many people as possible.”

If you are in the affected zone and need access to video banking, please visit invosolutions.com/relief to request help. We will get back to you by the end of the business day.
